Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Pupmood (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Pupmood lets you log and review your dog's moods over time. It is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian about your pet's health.

Your Account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the Service, or using it to break the law.

Purchases and Subscriptions

The Service may offer optional paid features ("Pro"). Any subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Where required, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design and content we provide, is owned by Pupmood and protected by applicable laws. The content you create remains yours.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be preserved. Keep your own records of anything important.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pupmood will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country/state of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
