How do I log my dog's mood?

Open the Today tab and tap how your pup seems right now. You can add an optional note, quick tags, and even backdate the time. Everything you log shows up in History.

What is Pupmood Pro?

Pupmood Pro unlocks Mood Trends (charts, streaks) and the AI mood summary — a friendly, plain-language recap of recent patterns with a gentle care suggestion. You can start free and upgrade any time from the app.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by the App Store. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose Pupmood, and manage or cancel there. You can also tap Manage subscription in the app's Profile tab.

Is the AI summary medical advice?

No. The AI summary helps you observe and reflect on your dog's logged moods. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. If you're concerned about your dog's health or behavior, please consult your vet.

How is my data handled?

Your dog's moods are yours. To generate a summary, the app sends only mood labels (no notes, names, or personal details) to a secure service that uses a third-party AI provider. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.

Reminders aren't showing up

Make sure notifications are enabled for Pupmood in Settings → Notifications → Pupmood, then re-toggle your reminders in the app's Profile tab.
